1930s-style cartoon branding for Turbo Revival, a turbo rebuilding shop in Brisbane

Turbo Revival, a Brisbane-based company, sought a bold and memorable brand identity that would resonate with automotive enthusiasts. Central to the project was the creation of a hero logo featuring a 1930s Disney-inspired character—a monochromatic turbo brought to life as a charming and dynamic mascot. This character blends nostalgia with a modern edge, ensuring it stands out in the competitive automotive space.

The project extended beyond logo design to include a suite of brand collateral, including sleek business cards that carried the playful yet professional tone of the identity. Additionally, I collaborated on a limited-release T-shirt with Brisbane-based automotive brand 'Wreck Em,' fusing Turbo Revival’s distinct branding with Wreck Em’s gritty automotive aesthetic. The result was a collectible piece that celebrated the intersection of art and automotive culture.

This brand identity not only reflects Turbo Revival’s personality but also establishes a strong visual foundation for future growth. The character-driven logo and cohesive collateral create a lasting impression, positioning Turbo Revival as a standout in Brisbane's automotive community.
